| Spooky fishing I've just been reading on another foum about peoples spooky fishing experiences, wether it's just a spooky place or beach zombies (random people who appear in the middle of nowhere at night and chat crap to you) or unexplainable things. I'd like to hear yours heres mine. Spooky places to fish= Spurn point at night by yourself, it's not so much where you fish but the walk past all the half buried pill boxes, people were watching me I've fished loch etive many times alone at night, flat rock and the quary are bloody spooky, to me anyway I was once fishing the holderness coast between Holmpton and Dimlington, about 0300 a figure apeared sillueted at the top of the cliffs, he stood there for two hours not moving.At first light i climbed up, there was no sign of him and the nearest road is about a mile away.Very wierd. Also fishing with Maghouse can be bloody frightening at night. PS I'm sure this thread was done years ago but theres no harm in doing it again. __________________ One day i will post a catch report again.     |

| Re: Spooky fishing pop over to the isle of wight .......pick a nice dark night and get yourself down the back when a bit of sea mist rolls in , the shingle starts crunching behind you ....... but theres nobody else for miles happened to people loads of times.....plenty of strange episodes from the back beaches ......hada couple weird things happen myself down there but personally as long as whatever it is doesnt use a rod bell or cast over me im fine .......................... |
