Double Locks Exeter
Fish the canal(after getting permit!!!! from exeter angling 3 mile away)with a pint of hand tapped perfect real ale(usually choice of 6!!!!!!!) in your hand
rock music saturday nights then free camping(as long as no cooking done on site, I:e use thier facilities, but they do serve good food as well)
ample parking but can be a bit tricky too find(but most good pubs are)

The Marine Hotel in Cricceith, North Wales.... 10 mins from Pwhelli, brilliant spring time and summer fishing (especially the black bream!), all manner of species ranging from dogs, rays, huss, smuts, and if you're really lucky a cracking tope run! The hotel is fab, good grub, perfect pint and comfortable surroundings, just what you need after hard day on the beach, with all that rod bending action (don't forget the sun cream too, it can get mighty hot in summer!)

Re: fishing and pubs/facilities

Well it takes me 6 minutes from my house to get to the other side of Brixham Harbour, first I would start at the Maritime and have a very quick!!!! pint with Pat the landlady, then stroll on down the road to the Ernier Lister for one.
Next would be the Hole in the wall, and yes it is!! horrible place, then cruise to the Blue Anchor for a guinness and a sarny. Then skip across to the Bullers and see Steve and his hot chick Natasha, then syddle across to the Rising Sun for a chat with the boys from the boats.Have 2 or 3 in there as its me local then stagger into the Crown and Anchor for a topup before crashing though the doors of the Sprat and Mackerel to see Wendy and Tony.

Oh sorry was I suppose to be doing any fishing????? lol

STUFF THE FISHING...LETS GO TO TORQUAY FOR A FIGHT...LOL
