Basic are

Click on link Pictures & Albums

Then click the button add an album

Click up load picture

click browse button to find it on your computer

then upload

Minor point, maybe intentional, clicking on "Pictures & Albums" from the Home page brings up "Fishing Forums Admins" Album!

Just uploaded a few pictures to my new album...easy and quick, well done.

is there anyway that you can have pics open and new post ( as used to have) as kept having to skip forward and back to do post?

I open up my Gallery, then shrink it down onto the toolbar. Then I re-open the forum seperately. To get to your pics, just keep clicking your gallery, then shrink it down between posts. Hope that makes sense.
