BAA - Industrial action

A long shot here, but me and the wife are going to Goa on the 18th Jan. Our flight may be in problems due to the industrial action. It may be a "just cause" and my question is:- is there a insurance company that has not included in it's small print that they will not pay out if your insurance is not taken out prior to information released to the public of intended industrial action. I intend to fish there again and want to post another fishing report (truth is that is I cannot cope with the wife nagging about her missed holiday). Please help me.
