| Cats in the Exeter Canal Has anyone fished the exeter canal for cats, ive never tried it and i wanna know what bait has worked??? I am going to fish by the bridge down from the countess weir roundabout Cheers Jake ![]() |

| Re: Cats in the Exeter Canal There are rumours that they are in there but i have never heard of them being caught. The canal gets very weedy during the summer months tho can be a night mare if bottom fishing. tj |

| Re: Cats in the Exeter Canal If they are in there the way would be to spend hrs walking the bank at night looking for scattering fish area,s of high weed growth as well or just put a good smelly bait in , cats travel a long way looking for food so they will proberly find you before you find them |
