| Re: catfish expedition 2009 Can anyone help me with whether salt water fish can survive in freshwater and vice versa? I really would like to know peeps! Also, are there more freshwater fishspecies than saltfish species or is it the other way round? |

| Re: catfish expedition 2009 I do know flounder will survive quite happily in fresh water. Althought I don't think they would breed. Used to fish a lake at Allhallows on the Isle of Grain in Kent. Cracking Tench & Perch lake. But every now & then you'd catch a flounder that some joker had caught in the Thames Estuary on the other side of the seawall & put in the lake. They all appeared quite healthy & happy to feed on maggot too. __________________ Don't Judge My Path If You Haven't Walked My Journey... |
