kd rig works wonders mate. tie it up as per the instructions and try it with 2 pieces of fake tutti frutti flavoured corn, and a size 8 kurv or mugga hook. The hook pattern is very important, it must be a curved shank.
When you balance it in the margin, dont use a shot, but do use putty. Start off with it over weighted and then nip little bits of putty off until the corn sinks down really, reallllly slowly. It should take at least 6 seconds to reach the lakebed on a 6" link.
