Bluewater Advice

Hi,

I'm new to the forum and I would like to ask for advice going to Bluewater in April. It will be my first trip to France and i'm trying to get upto speed on fishing in france

In have got a few questions which i hope you can help with

What Lb line should I use? I'm primarily going after the carp. I've just put new 15lb line on for fishing over here but i think i should be using heavier

I've heard alot about crayfish problems in France.. Is that a problem on Bluewater or have the Cats and sturgeon cleaned them up.

Should I buy boilies on site or take my own?

Particle mix, I've read we can't take our own and have to buy on site. Is it just a standard mix? is there anything missing i should take?

Any help & advice would be really appreciated

Thanks

Neil

Re: Bluewater Advice

Hi Neil, there was no signs of crayfish when we went there, as for line 15lb will be fine and as for bait i would use theirs, thats what produced 90% of the fish when were there.

the lake is fantastic and the owners are really nice and they will give you loads of Info when you are there, so you are on the fish.

Regards, Steve
