Check List for France 08

After speaking to Mike, we thought that it would be a good idea place a check list for the france trip.

so here go's

1 No Braided main line
2 Barbless Hooks only
3 EU Health cards
4 Hoilday Insurance
5 Car Insurance for co Driver
6 GB Badges
7 Light stickery thingies
8 Radios and batteries

Right thats all i can think off at the Mo.

Things I can think of

1. We do not need unhooking mats, they are supplied.
2. We could do with giving them some idea of the boilies we may want for the week, Steve and I are thinking about 3 KG per head ( if we do not give them an rough idea they may not have any in stock as it end of season)
3. A warning triangle for the car, I think it is law ( I also carry a set of replace bulbs and a first aid kit)


I will add some more later as I think of them

wont holiday insurance cover the health cards?

3 kilos of bait sounds ok.....what about particles and pellets ... i presume they have plenty of them stocked?

they did say pellets etc would not be a problem, just a possibility that the boilies might be low at that time of year

Hi Paul, Not certain on the rules for the Cats, I will ring him later today, and find out.

Hi Dave, your hoilday Insurance will cover your health, however the cards are free and can be done on line, worth having just incase.

the only rule i have for the cats is they leave me alone i will leave them alone! im hoping we can strike that deal!!!

thanks mike also although i may steer away from pellet to try and reduce my chances of a slimy cat!

I have just been on the phone with Mark, and fishing for the cats is fine as long as common sense pervails{counts us all out then}
No Braided line as i said but braided hook lengths are fine.
And they deff have Matts as well.
