| Re: All systems go for France 2008 I have just come back from a trip to France ( work unfortunately) and the law has changed in July for driving in France. You MUST have:- GB sticker or European number plate with GB on it warning triangle AND hi-vis vest "the ability to change any exterior bulb at the roadside", this usually means a bulb kit beam deflectors, even if only driving during the day Also there is a good Samaritan law, you must offer roadside assistance in the event of an accident, they recommend a first aid kit and fire extinguisher, these are NOT compulsory. I carry all but a fire extinguisher as I do not like one bouncing around in the van, and they are usually too small to be of any real use in a fuel fire. __________________ Life is brief and fragile.
