| just for a change been press ganged into a days carping with a work mate tomorrow,a bit reluctant,i have all my pike gear nicely sorted and was looking forward to another days quest for esox magnus  .it will be a change and as its a new water i can give it the once over for a proper visit next summer. will report in tomorrow,i will certainly be wind swept if nothing else .      |

| Re: just for a change i used all sorts of baits,marine halibut boilies,tutti frutti boilies,luncheon meat and even dog biscuit. the only bait that interested them was halibut pellet,hair rigged on the leger |

| Re: just for a change good luck for tommorow you know what if there is pike in this water you are going to why not put a rod out for them and get best of both worlds a recky session for your carping and a possible chance for essox magnus tightlines baitmaster  |
