just for a change

been press ganged into a days carping with a work mate tomorrow,a bit reluctant,i have all my pike gear nicely sorted and was looking forward to another days quest for esox magnus .
it will be a change and as its a new water i can give it the once over for a proper visit next summer.

will report in tomorrow,i will certainly be wind swept if nothing else .

Re: just for a change

i used all sorts of baits, marine halibut boilies, tutti frutti boilies, luncheon meat and even dog biscuit.
the only bait that interested them was halibut pellet, hair rigged on the leger

Re: just for a change

good luck for tommorow you know what if there is pike in this water you are going to why not put a rod out for them and get best of both worlds a recky session for your carping and a possible chance for essox magnus

tightlines
