Has anyone got any decent stick mixes to share

erm' not sure what you mean with 'stick mixes' ?

I use a combination of hemp, dried sweetcorn, some kind of oil based atractant and ground bait.
I some times throw in a dynamite baits ready made stick mix too.
Most of it is up to your imagination.

Nearly mate, the reason its called a stick is because the bait is squeezed into a pva sock/mesh and compressed until it looks like a sausage or a stick of sorts. the hook length is then threaded through this "stick" and clipped back onto the main line. Then when you cast out, the pva desolves and leaves you with a nice cluster of ground bait and bits n bobs around your hook bait but it does not overfill the fish.
It alto aids in good line rig presentation as it keeps the buisness end straight out

thanks for that MT, never did a lot of carp fishing, only in matches, then only stock fish. never many above 4/5 lb
never ever sat pleasure fishing for sizeable carp. hence my ignorance in the carp scene.

Depends on time of year. My sticks usually have crushed boilie, sea salt, tuna or another oily fish, pellet usually blood worm.

I have tuna mixed with grounbait ( normally red ) with either small pellets or if there's bream crushed and whole boillies
