I was told a little secret the other night while gate crashing my mates bivvy
He said it up for 2.25 mil because of the hs2 he said once it gets going etc they will have to pay the top price thus been a stupid price, as for 35 a day lmao I only pay 40 a yr on my lake ok it don't hold massive the biggest out last yr was 28 but I can fish 24/7 there for 5 quid more lol

Hi,done a couple of days there towards the end of last year and it was 20pound for the day.think its only 15 now until march,quite alot of fish came out while we was there and there was a max of 8 people fishing which was good as if it was packed you dont get much water at all,my biggest was just under 22lb,if you are going to fish would phone up 1st to see how many has booked on as the less the better,and get there early as if your 1st at the gate you get to pick out the bag 1st for your peg...
