| Re: how do i use shrink tubing Shrink tubing is an easy thing to use. The best that I have found is the small size by ESP. Fits well and shrinks great. To use shrink tube use enough to cover the whipping on the shank of the hook with a couple of mm up the up the rig line. You don't want to bend the shrink tube at a two aggressive angle or you will close the gape.(the gap between the point and shank) bend the time over a boiling keetle but keep your hands protected. Use a pair of pliers on the hook and use the hook link to create the bend. tj |
