carp lakes

Hi i'm adam
been fishing for a couple of months bout 6 been fishing on my local canal and on a commercial in cirencester but i live in the stroud area. I've heard through word of mouth that harescombe's good but quite busy, but i have a local lake in uley that i wondered anyone knew anything about it (stouts hill)

Hi adam Harescombe is a great place to get a bend in the rod.
Weekends it does get busy but 4/5 o'clock the rabble tappers off.
I always take a good bucket of loose feed like hemp, corn, meat/fishmeal ground bait, pellet etc....
Feed a spot in the margins but dont cast out untill you see the carp competing for the feed.
You'll know by dust cloud that appears and the obvious half a dozen tails that show up.
