Fishing holidays in uk

Hi guys
Wondering if anyone can't point me in the right direction. Managed to convince the gf to come on a fishing holiday. But it has to be a fish out of the lodge style. In uk though

I have seen them in the mags bit just can't find any now. Anyone recommend one?

Don't mind to be honest not mega far but if the lake looks really good then don't mind a bit of mission. I threw all my mags out the other day which is typical as there was a feature with steve renyard fishing from a lodge and he had few 20's but can't remember what issue to get a back order

There is todber manor, near yeovil way not to sure if it's lodge fishing tho. or further down my way is anglers paradise. Would be a 4.30 hr car journey tho. There is everything you could wish to catch there but a bit on the pricey side.
