Pike v Carp? FIGHT!!!!!

ok quick poll just for fun, i chose 10lb as i guess most have cought the species at roughly this mark at some point! i know ther ar a million variables but in you own experience who wins? vote and tell the fishing-forum why!

would love to say pike but as I'm a bit of an all rounder, would have to say carp, and carp in a river beat the barbie's too, but cats and sturgeon rule for rod bending!

ive had just 2 river carp, only 6-8lb and ther ballistic, love to get a biggun!
barbel? well ther a diffrent kettle cant knock them atall unless like myself
you have had one out of a still water and ther a wet rag!
dont get me wrong i love pikeing in the winter, but to me its not about the
fight its about the looks and shear majesty of them, also i enjoy the roaming style i fish for them. I DIGRESS this is about
