Bait boat

Evening all...

I was thinking about buying a bait boat as the lakes I'm fishing next summer allow me to use one...As I'm not too clued up on this sort of thing I was wondering if someone could offer some advice...I'd like a fishing finder too...Any suggestions...

what sort of distance do you need , how much bait does it need to carry ,Finders are for cheats lol

I cheat at everything else so I guess it's ok to have a fish finder

Well I know I'm going to have to part with with a bit of cash...I don't really know, how much is a decent boat and fish finder...

Around 150m range...5 kilo capacity would be nice...

Which Microcat do you use Nick Mk I or Mk II? Whats it like? Battery life etc.

i use a mk 1 mate with full fish/echo.finder
I use a solar panel for topping up after each trip so its hard to say .
i use the 12 volt 10AH. not the standard 7ah.

never had a problem with it
