Making cork ball pop ups

Hi guys been playing around with making my own pop ups (cork ball version) I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips.

How long to boil etc.. They will be around 15mm in size and smaller for snowman rigs.

Once boiled do you dry them? Do you leave them to air dry? I want to make them and then glug them. Or do they need to be frozen?

i boil my for the same time as bottom baits , allow to dry as with bottom baits then either freeze or glug
