That pool is not far from me ,silty bottom ,try prebaiting with corn pellets and boilies ect in a favourd spot for a couple of days make sure no one sees you ,they will be in like a shot as they do at sandwell valley look for the fish and fish to features ,you will catch,if there is a few anglers on the water move to quieter end of the pool ,,,hope you catch

Might be goin sandwell valley aswell i heard there really big fish in there but the only prob is i dont like Pike Not my type of fish lol

its a hard water to fish ,fish on the path side from the fence as you come in , dont need to chuck to far pva bags pellets corn for tench ,pike have disapeard over the years best i had was 28lb but the imigrants have eaten them lol
