Speaking of carp... What is the simplest, and easiest carp rig & bait? thinking of giving it a go as ive recently found out theres carp in one of my locals! Would effing love to catch one!

Just a free running ledger rig with a haired size 8 or 10 would do you, with a 6inch long hooklink of flurocarbon or braid. You can't look past a piece of hair rigged sweetcorn, but you being from where you are from you might be plagued by bream. So hair rig a small 10mm boillie and hope for the best! Let me know how you get on.

i would say to start of an in line free running lead then a bead below it and then a hair ring size 8 and 15 mm bollie and a pva bag

£110 for a pair o jeans, thats just takin' the p**s, i wouldn't pay that for a well cut pair & they look like a sack of dead kittens thats bin dragged back outa the lake.

Cheers man, just looking up hair rigs on ebay here. See the loop on the end of the hair... do i just use a baiting needle to pull it through the sweetcorn/boilie?
