i have the gear i find suits me know ,4x 2.75 powerweaves chub,4x emcast plus 4500 with added runners ,4xsx fox digis, i dont think i will change that set up if it aint broke y fix it,,since the use of carbon and grafite in fishing rods nothing has actualy changed in blank designe xcept the old daiwa inline rods with no rings , eg ,hardy ,chub outcast ,greys prodigy ,and i think the ron thompson i cant rem the name think its the rhino ,and sk3 all use the same blank yet the difference in price from the greys to the ron thompson is vast btw the outcast was the one that sold the most along with the greys ,,proves the point that the change in tackle by the companies every year is to make us gulible anglers part with mony promising the rod to catch that whopper ,when infact you could catch a record on a kids cheapo rod
