how do i set a feeder rod up please help!!

I know I sound thick but what's the other line from. Is it the hook line?

Normally you use power gum //,pole elastic
if not use your spool line

yeah, I was thinking of using the spool line. I have everything that I need to feeder fish I think :/

If you know someone who works in a loud enviroment you may be able to get some of those ear plugs with the stringy bit between them. Thats what I use when I can't be bothered paying for powergum!

I use that setup too but I use a swivel clip to connect the feeder. That way you can change feeders without taking the rig appart! However you set the feeder up, make sure it can travel back up the line. If you get broken of by a large fish you want the feered to drop of the line. The last thing you want is a nice sized fish towing round a death rig.

Now you can look forward to endless hours watching the rod tip instead of your float!

I use swivel clips also ,forgot to draw them on this diagram , it also means you can take your feeder/lead off when packing your rod into the holdall so it doesnt swing about and chip your rod
