Wychwood Riot Big Pit Reel 75 are they any good



Im thinking of buying some Big Pit reels, Are they any good can pick them up for about £45-£50 or is there any better for around the same price

i have one of these for my spod reel....i like it but i wouldnt use it as normal reels for my fishing rods....simple cos i like to keep things as light and scaled down as possible when possible! and these would make the rod quite heavy i think

i have the tfg v 8 reel same price as the Wychwood reel. the playing style is very good great reels

I'm quite a fan of the Wychwood reels and the Riot 75 is a solid performer and good value for money. I do think that the TFG range is exceptional value for money though especially with offers constantly on a range of their big pit reels.
