What do you guys use in them? And do you thread them or hook them on.

Use boilie crum that match my hookbait and crushed hemp.
Do them 5-10cm in 20mm pva and thread them on the hooklink.

Ye I do the same just wondered what you guys use! I tend to use pellets soaked I'm glug but not in winter. Found sweetcorn good
