Fishing in weed

Going tobe fishing a lake tomorrow that is full of silk weed and the fish are feeding in the weed.

Whats the best rig to use in the weed?

personally i would use a chod rig mate with a set up that loses the lead if you get stuck in weed ,,just set the depth of the hook link to be above the weed ,
You could also use a balanced bait so it rests on the weed

to use a inline ,just have a 4in hook link from a swivel with a pop upon

you can fish that way but for the safety of the fish you need to be able to dump the lead no matter what method you use
