| Re: A little help on this rod. when i carp fish i use a shakespeare carp rod ,but i started with a john wilson ledger rod with a quiver tip bought for 20quid, really good rod for casting feeders and ive cuaght a 17 lb carp on it i also use said rod for fishing my local canal with an inline feeder with maggot and its never let me down ,this rod will easily take 20lb line and the feeders i use are between 2oz and 4oz so my advice is shop around and seek advice from your local fishing shop before you commit to buying of the internet as they may chuck in some freebies as well ,happy fishing |
