| Re: 1st fish of 2009 PB from Pavyotts mill hi monkymartin here just got back from pavyotts mill myself went for 5 days had 2 fish 21lb comm and 35 lb 14oz joel from peg 9 wot a great fight from joel 45 min it took to bank in the net hope to be going down again in a 3 weeks court the fish in last night there wot great place.     |

| Re: 1st fish of 2009 PB from Pavyotts mill just back from my second stint there ...... good fish there, but definately not a 'fish a chuck water' as some have said elsewhere. first stint in July i had 1 fish in the 4 days a 29lb 8 oz miror a PB. BUT SESSION 2, WAS THE SESSION DREAMS ARE MADE OF . there for 5 days, for the first three days not a whiff of a bite, then on the Weds evening a 41lb 8oz mirror came reluctantly to the bank,  Thurs evening another powerful run, unfortunately the fish won that one, leaving a loose line flapping in the wind, on checking the dacron hook link had broken at the eye on the knotless knot, must unusual and worrying ....... so all rods in, new hooklinks made from 18lb braid ( i only use 12lb main line ), all roads out again, then 11am Friday morning, another steady surging run, and 55 pulsating minuters later a 44lb 12 oz mirror was in the net. . i'm back down there in 2 weeks time for another week, but sessions like last weeks are one offs ....... well maybe you can only hope and dream    |

| Re: 1st fish of 2009 PB from Pavyotts mill just got back from a third stint at Pavyotts .......... a few nice fish coming out around the lake ...... but still not easy fishing ....... i finished with two nice thirties in the 5 days, and a total weight of over 100lbs, which i was more than happy with ........ my lad though, had a session dreams are made of, 48 hours of nothing, 48 hours of mayhem, then 24 hours of nothing ...... he finished with a total of 312lbs taken in that middle 48 hour period .....  1 x 20, 3 x 30's and 5 x 40's including a new lake record of 49lb 6oz. there are way to many pics to post here, but if you want a look go to this link http://s562.photobucket.com/albums/ss66/Fishing_Fun/ and look for the 20 sept album i need a few bevvy's now to recover after last week ...... tight lines everyone |
