well my shake down trip ended up just like the linear one
cold and slow
i didn't have a bite,
got to the lake at 0500 and fished till about 4,
it was grey and overcast with a brisk and very cold north easterly wind
who said spring was here

did have fun feeding a little friend




it was worthwhile though,i learnt a lot about the water i was fishing and got myself organised on the carping front

i do miss my piking though
