Question koi carp

Hi i was wondering is there any type of bait koi carp will go for without being disturbed by any other carp.

i think anything a koi will eat a greedy common/mirror/leather or grass carp will eat too.it'll be hard to target just the kois unless you can pinpoint their patrol routes or feeding places.

are there lots of kois where you are gonna fish?

no because it is a public water and someone put two kois in and they have bred but there are lots of commons mirrors roach rudd tench gudgeon.

they may be used to taking food from the surface so you could try mixer/ bread crust or get some floating pellets. might be worth a try.

Koi are a domesticated breed of common carp, so I would imagine the diet of a common and the diet of a koi in the same body of water would be identical.
