I only usually go for a short session so was woundering what the best method is to use on a day seesion or 24 hours.......... any help .

this time of the yr mate try naturals /hi viz boilie with a small bag or a small method feeder

i've found 12mm shrimp pellet on the hair with a small golf ball size mesh bag of smaller pellets works well on runs waters.
