Re: Particles

ok sound strange but have you tried adding a bit of cooked rice to your particle mix try coulering it with saffron or turmeric and adding some flavours just play around and find what works tight lines

Wink Re: Particles

Vitalins worth a try you can get it from any pets @ home. Dave i've found salt seemed to work quite well & never neglect a tin of tuna or 2 for flavour & extra bits.

Fisherwood is on a distinguished road
Re: Particles

Ben, what is your purpose in using more?

I like using soaked/boiled wild birdseed. It is mostly millet (over here anyway) and I can get 20 lbs of it for about $10 at the local discount pet store. The carp seem to really like it.

When the water warms around here the carp go for soaked/boiled rice as well.

Then there are oats (either steamed rolled oats, from a feed store or 'Old Fashioned' from the grocers).
