imo the best bait for carp is a lob worm, free, easy to use and has caught more carp than any other bait.. I can not think of a better stalking bait

I always take some lob worms along but for some reason only as a backup if all else fails.....

I'm trying boilies that I've made myself following Norfolkboy's post with a couple additives I think might make a difference this weekend..I'll let yopu all know how I get on.
