any British Columbia fisherman out there??

Hi,I'm from B.C. and just curious if are there is any others out there?
I live on Vancouver Island and looking forward to the fall months so I can get out to the lakes! Haven't been for salmon as I have no boat and don't like to invite myself on to others. Most of my pals like to lake fish and I enjoy it so much that the ocean will have to wait for me to get a better interest. who knows,maybe one day I'll buy an ocean craft.

I don't know if you are still active here or not, but, I am new here and I live in the US. Several years ago, I worked in Sparwood BC and did quite a bit of fishing there.
