Fishing the Thames for Carp.

Got out for a few hours on the north branch of the Thames river today near St. Marys, Ontario, Canada.
Landed 5 carp and had one break off. The carp weighed 2.5 - 6.25 lbs Also caught one small smallmouth bass. All fish (even the bass) were caught on canned corn.
Here's a few pic's.

A 3 lb. carp.

A 6.25 lb. carp.

The small smallmouth bass.

Best Wishes: Rick

It's only 20 miles north of London.
Of course thats London, Ont., Canada
Also only 10 miles from Stratford on the Avon river.
Wonder where we got these names from?

Re: Fishing the Thames for Carp.

Hi friends.

Do you know some Canadian fishing magazines (paper) that publish some few carpfishing articles? No a lot of articles, a few, only.

Thanks.

Kind regards.

Adriano
