bass marks off brighton marina?

got a mate with a boat out of brighton marina!
he is getting into the tope, dogs,gurnard etc but has been struggling to
get into a big bass!
any of you lads know any hot spots to try?
co,ordinates wouild be a real bonus!

im not really sure about this one as dont boat fish myself but i know that the dingy anglers get them off the rock marks around beachyhead how often and easy they are too catch tho im unsure
