Why bother??

Hi guys, left Ramsgate first thing this morning hoping for an improvement in the fishing steamed down south to a mark in between Deal and Dover that i know, and that has produced fish at this time of year before. Got there at slack water four rods with two whole squids on each and waited for the northerly run to start. Not even a bite with two hours fishing and three cans of stella under the belt!! Steamed home past Deal pier spoke to a good mate on Deal pier same thing nothing biting, three other boats out of Ramsgate not a fish to be seen, hope this helps roll on the Bass!!!
