Question Looking for a Boat

Hi.
I'm on the lookout for a boat sutible for a novice, must be towable.
Any way came across this boat for sale.
"pilot dory appx 14ft with a 65 hp mercury and a johnson 15 hp aux longshaft"
Anyone know what these handle like,fuel consumtion, generally are they any good??????

Not sure about the boat, but a 65hp seems a mighty big engine for a boat that size.
I would be worried about it being too heavy. But it wold really depend on the boat.
