 Dominator - Swansea Hi all, I'm off fishing out of Swansea tomorrow morning on Dominator. We will be looking for Bass and Black Bream maybe a Trigger or two  Will post a report when PC has come back from casualty....  Until then happy fishing to all on the forum.  Re: Dominator - Swansea Hi All, I went out on Dominator out of Swansea on Saturday. Lovely boat cruised at 22 knots very fast indeed. Species for the day was meant to be Bass and Black Bream. After feathering up some fresh bait, We drifted for Bass for a couple of hours in several different marks, but to no avail they did not want to play. So we moved out to Sker sands for Rays….. Turbot, Small eyed, Blondes etc all that was caught was a few doggies and a small eyed was hooked and lost at the net. We then moved back to the reefs for Black Bream….no bream on the first reef just masses of Pout…not a good sign. So we moved off to another reef. Bingo…..some Black Bream were caught I had one (Picture to follow) we had lots of pout as well….. plus several Mackeral on Lug worm!! I lost the largest Mackeral I have seen in a long time!! The we finally settled on another sandbank for the last hour and a half, for Turbot and Small Eyed. I had 1 small Turbot on thin strips of fresh Mackeral and another crew member had one as well. The skipper worked extremely hard all day giving advice to some novice anglers baiting up for them, untangling lines changing rigs oh ......and searching for fish. I could not fault him. But as in life fishing can be a bit disappointing sometimes. But every one had a good day out. I will defo be booking Dominator again for next year. A bit earlier in the year for Smutts and Rays. __________________ Eventually all things merge into one, and a River runs through it.
