just finished getting everything realy, flask is packed, rod checked, secret bait still biting
weather looks spot on for a good days fishing

Hi Folks,

The best part of the day was meeting up with the lads and renewing old friendships. Second best was the breakfast in the cafe.

Fishing was poor due to wind against tide and the skipper sleeping for half of the time. I personally refuse to fish with weights over 20 ozs., I think that two pounds was the order for most of the day, so spent most of the day chatting and assisting Fred trying to bring up the heaviest fish of the day!!!!! (The Anchor).

As usual I thoroughly enjoyed the days outing despite the conditions and have put my name down for the next trip.
