| Which is the best charter boat Brixham area I am having a 2 week holiday at Brixham last two weeks of June I am unable to tow caravan and boat and the FPO will not sleep on the boat  .So I need a charter boat, which is the best in the area preferably one who could break my duck with the Bass  Its been 10 yrs since my last visit so am a bit green re this and also best tackle and bait shops all information welcome.    |

| Re: Which is the best charter boat Brixham area well brixham bait and tackle would be the local tackle shop... then you have torbay angling center in paignton which also is a good store. as for boats there is a few in brixham but personally i would suggest a boat from dartmouth its not far to travel and dartmouth is alot closer to some of the prime fishing grounds in the country and so longer fishing time! late june is a tad early for the boats to be doing productive bass trips....more august time do they do regular trips for bass but thats only from what i recall on recent years your best bet would be to contact a skipper and see what he suggests... and the skipper i suggest (along with many others on this forum) is dave harrison aboard gemini 2 and im sure somebody on this forum can supply you with contact details for the man __________________ fishing for fish is not as simple as you may think! |
