Reward offered. Abu Pemier Rod - where?

Can anyone help.

I'm offering a reward of a free days boat fishing for good size bass in exchange for the following info!

I'm looking for an Abu Conolon Premier 12lb class rod.

These rods went out of production about 12 mths ago and been replaced by Abu with the range of Pro rods. It seems impossible to find out if the same blanks have been used; doubtful.

So if anybody knows of a 2nd hand one for sale or see one in a tackle shop, some old stock; please let me know - suggest you PM me the info

hey fluffchucker u got the boat at burry port mate?
i know that mainwarings in sketty did stock the conolon and as i used to work there i will ask when i go in there next whether they have any old models knocking round in the stockrooms - if not u could try country stores in gowerton - he often does secondhand rods.

Boat at BP on pontoon - hoped to go out first time today. But called off due to high winds and direction forecast. Hope to go out next week just to test stuff out etc.

Had it confirmed that the new Conolon Pro is not the same blank as the Premier - it's a shame.

The only Conolon boat rod I can find on their site is THIS ROD

Unfortunately this is the Pro and not the Premier. Please tell me I've missed the Premier 12lb somewhere else on their site .

Didn't know you wanted to take up beach fishing - I think at 13' it could be a bit long for boat use

CONOLON PREMIER SEARCH

I'm trying to find the Conolon premier 12lb class boat rod 7' 9"

Today bought Doreen a RT Carbostick 12lb. Seems very good with sensitive tip but with great strength. Good price and it's her b/day pressie with the Abu 6500C3 !

Going out Tuesday. The bass are here !!!!

A little lass (about 8) came in the local tackle shop with a 7lb bass she'd just caught. Dad brought her in for photo & weight etc. Should have seen her huge smile - Dad proud as well!!!!
