Council are stoping us from fishing

Hi All
This is the first time on this site and straight away ive found some good stuff.
Nevertheless like the title says our local council are trying to push out the small fishing boats from our harbour. We are the non comercial guys like yourselves. Aberdeenshire council have decided to turn our Harbour into a fancy yacht marina with no unserviced berthing for those not requiring fresh water and electricity. In the begining they said they would provide spaces in the harbour for everyone so we went allong with there plans. Then lo and behold they changed their minds after the plans were passed, and said that it would be all pontoons with electricity and water. If we want to stay dues are going up by over 400% We have set up a petition to keep the traditional berths in the harbour and would apreciate your help. Please go to
