Re: how many rods can i bring for boat fishing? It depends on how many people are fishing. If you have a boat full then it is highly unlikely you will be allowed to use more than one rod at a time.

Re: how many rods can i bring for boat fishing? It also depends on what type of fishing you are doing, at anchor it is possible to fish 2 rods if the boat is not full but if you use 2 rods whilst drifting you stand a good chance of losing 1 if it gets stuck in a snag. __________________ Species 2011 = 54 2010 = 44 2008 = 29 2007 = 51 2006 = 44 2007 = 37 2004 = 36 LIFETIME = 70

Re: how many rods can i bring for boat fishing? Given that you're a newcomer to the sport I would suggest that you will have enough on your plate looking after one rod never mind two!
