Alright guys,

if anyone is thinking of joining this club to use there slip etc trust me do not bloody do it. i made the grim mistake of viewing the slip at very high water and looked good. sadly when i went out i got the tides very slightly wrong and what you dont see on this "loverly" slip is that if the water is not at itts highest at tide then to either side of the slip are loverly small jaggered rocks which did a loverly job of ripping the living shite out of the bottom of my boat causing about £650 of damage and me not getting the boat out of the water for another hour and a half to wait till full high tide! just a bit of advice :)
