zonnkers is on a distinguished road
A freebie

Had an invite out on the Medway today as a commemeritive trip for my late Brother who past away this time last year.

Got on the boat at 5.00 and was on the first mark by 5.20 by 5.30 we had a sausage and egg baguette in our hand as well as the first of numourous cups of tea, if only the fishing had been as good as the catering!!!

After 3 moves try to get out of the wind and dodge piles of weed that were coming down stream we ended up under the cliffs of Sheppy were we put an under water camera down with half a side of Mackeral attached to a wire in front of the lens ,I never knew Crabs could move so fast within seconds the bait was covered with them, hermits as well as shore crabs.

Total for the day was 3 Bass(lings) 2 Whiting 1 Eel and a Kentish Salmon(doggie), unfortunatly my rod never moved all day to anything remotely like a fish.

Amost enjoyable way of remembering my late brother.
