| Re: Land Sickness Hi my wife suffers with vertigo, which takes her the same way. It started out of the blue, she has seen a specialist and had all the scans and testes but to no avail. We were told that it's not uncommon that they cannot find out why it suddenly starts or what causes it. She has been prescribed Sturgeron which as you know is a sea sickness drug, and prochorperazine to take the sickness feeling away. One thing they did advise was to stop using normal milk as some people who develop vertigo also develop a lactose intolerance. She now only uses so-ya milk, it's not a cure but makes the symptoms less debilitating. Will it go away again, they don't know, she has had this now for over five years. Don't know if this will help, but go see your GP., some causes of vertigo can be identified and cured, best of luck and let us know how you get on Cliff. __________________ BLESSED IS HE WHO EXPECTS NOTHING FOR HE SHALL NOT BE DISAPPIONTED. |
