Plaice in the fowey area

Decided to move my boat to Fowey area this winter and have a go at some Flatties' and some sheltered fishing...North coast Great fishing,but so weather dependant.
Anybody out there with some good info of the fowey re-winter fishing?
I have heard All fowey is a Bass nursery,is this the case?
All info greatfully received...
