| Saturdays fishing........hmmm Well started off fairly well, me and the youngster 6years old(bless), fished lures hugging the shore line, a very irate schoolie took well and i must admit thought it was a much bigger fish, returned safely...followed by a skinny doggy, mackeral followed when we drifted into much deeper waters and small bream made an appearance, just as i was advising son to make a rod more secure that he had left periously perched on the side of the boat was distracted for just seconds, when the mobile rang and simultaneously the mackeral feathers went berserk with young son screaming dad dad! I hear this plop! yes one of my 20year old mint, penn 160 reels flys overboard attached to my recently purchased rod.....a deadly silence ensued.....i mixed sort of a day....i am currently being consoled by Mr Cotes du Rhone x two bottles!     |

| Re: Saturdays fishing........hmmm well good news, managed to pickup a near mint penn 160 for £27 squid, also a cheapo boat rod, for £20, so really not too bad, a brand new penn was gonna cost £50 squid, so pleased, managed a couple of bargains! |
