| Dartmouth, Round two. Hi Guys, The Blandford boys or should I say "Crocks" will be descending on Dartmouth on the 20th February, for round two of our "Double Figure" Pollack hunt. Last month I dipped out just 3 ozs under, I tried to persuade AndyG to stick a weight in its mouth before weighing but he declined. Our crew this month will be a little different, AndyG, Mule, TJ, and myself will be the only forum members fishing i.e. unless I can persuade Just Mark to come along. There may be another space available, if anyone is interested please let me know ASAP. We only fish with a maximum of 10 on board so there is always plenty of space. Gemini normally picks us up from Kingswear but will pick up from either side of the river as long as we know in advance. | Re: Dartmouth, Round two. Hi all, Weather looking doubtful now, and my new reel has just arrived, the one I ordered (FAO DarrelC) for that 20lb Pollack thats on its journey from Exmouth to Dartmouth!!!!! ![]() ![]() I received a number of dates from a "Sea Angling Club" who has some vacant dates available on some of its charters. The ports in question are: Langstone - Lymington - and Weymouth. If anyone is interested please PM me and I will give you more details. They fish on Saturdays and Thursdays throughout the year. | Re: Dartmouth, Round two. Hi Drew, not only the weather doubtful at present i'm home in bed with a nasty bug thing going around at work (i've already had it before) so that 20lber may have to wait and meet me another day unless you meet it first. Hopefully fingers crossed things will change tomorrow for the better. regards Darrel ![]() |
